Inkperch Travel mobile application
Inkperch Travel is a private bookkeeping tool for tattoo artists, made by Inkperch. This page is for deleting your account and everything in it. There is no recovery, so export anything you want to keep first (Settings, then Year-End Summary).
If you still have the app
Open Settings, then Delete account. That erases everything immediately and is the fastest path.
If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in
Email questions@inkperch.com from the email address on your account, with a subject like "Delete my account". We use the sending address to verify the request is really yours, so it must come from the account email; we may reply once to confirm before erasing. We complete verified requests within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by reply when it is done.
What gets deleted
Everything. Your account, and every record stored on our servers: income entries, expenses, trips, mileage logs, session timer data, your client book, receipt photos, client photos, and any pending emailed receipts. Your receipt forwarding address stops working. This is the same permanent erasure the in-app button runs.
What we cannot delete for you
Your subscription billing history lives with Apple or Google, whichever store you subscribed through, under their policies. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription, cancel it in your device's subscription settings (App Store or Google Play) first, or the store will keep billing you for an account that no longer exists.
